At House of Satin Limited we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase(s), however, should you need to return an item then please follow our Returns and Refunds Policy.
If you wish to return part or all of your order for a refund or exchange you must notify us within 14 days of the day you receive your item. You must notify us by submitting a return request in the contact section on the website or alternatively by email at email@example.com.
Items of an intimate nature, such as a pants or products with a pant within its design are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are available only on items that have their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, marked.
Goods returned by the purchaser independent of House of Satin Limited should ensure they use a carrier who uses a tracking service, in order to ensure safe delivery. The House of Satin Limited cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit through the purchaser(s) independent returns methods.
Items returned through the House of Satin Limited chosen carriers will be covered for loss in transit.
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
Refunds are only available within a 14-day period after the initial date of receipt and subject to the Returns Policy noted. Upon receipt of goods returned to the House of Satin Limited they will be inspected and should they meet the Returns Policy and inspection procedure, the funds will be refunded back to the purchaser(s) initial card used.
If a return is received after the 14-day return period, then a refund or exchange will be at the sole discretion of House of Satin Limited. Therefore, an exchange may be offered instead of a refund.

Post item(s) for return back to us immediately either using the House of Satin Limited carriers or at your own expense. *
Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect and advise accordingly within seven days.
We will agree with you to either refund, replace or exchange your item.
If the item fails our inspection procedures then we will return it to you with our explanation.
Should you be entitled to a full refund this will be processed within seven days.
Any refund will be paid to the same account used for the initial transaction. Please note that it can take a few working days for the funds to appear in your bank account once we have processed the refund.
*Should you choose the latter option we would recommend that you use a service that is tracked and signed for.
Business users are only permitted returns for faulty goods.
